When I first got my furry-loaf child when he was about 10-weeks old, I was extremely nervous about who would care for him. After speaking with trusted people, they recommend Horizon Veterinary Services based on their experiences with other veterinary medical practices in the Tippecanoe, Carroll, and White County areas. I do not reside close to this practice but know the drive is well worth it. I do not regret nor hesitate bringing my precociously obstinate one for his medical care to Dr. Frank's practice. Her practice is a Godsend. Dr. Frank and her staff are the best I have encountered in terms of veterinary care in the country. She is thoughtful, diligent, patient, and kind. Her staff also follow suit. They take the time to listen to your concerns and address them. Despite how busy they can get, they never act in an curt or dismissive manner with you. Praise written in any language cannot convey how great they are in terms of customer service and medical knowledge & skill. Also, the rates of the practice are very reasonable and fair. I believe anyone who seeks services at Horizon Veterinary Services will receive exceptional value for every dollar they spend there. I know they are very, very honest, too, because I have offered to pay whatever for x-type of service and she has politely told me some were unnecessary based on her medical evaluation and offered more medically-founded, pragmatic ways to deal with my furry-loaf child's issues. Her behaviour makes me highly commend her for her ethics, in addition to her attentiveness, patience, and kindness. Even if you live in a different county than Carroll, if you love your little furry ones as if they were your own flesh-and-blood children and want the best care for them, you should seek to have them cared for by Dr. Frank and her staff. If I could give more than five stars for Horizon Veterinary Services, I would!

This was the best experience I've ever had when dealing with the horrible decision to put a pet down. Dr. Franks and staff did everything they could for our Belle; as well as, making every effort to ease our grief over having to put her down. You can tell this team really cares about the animals and people they serve!
