We were hoping to dine in and have the hibachi experience unfortunately they were close to closing and only doing takeout orders. The wait time for takeout was an hour. We sat in the bar areas, ordered drinks and appetizers. They did not disappoint!! Highly recommended, always ask for extra garlic butter. If you know, you know....it is such an amazing addition to your food!

Benihana is a great place to go too when you find the right location. The Dearborn location is hit or miss but the food is always phenomenal. Service there is 50/50, reservation was made for 9:30 got seated at 10:30 and the hibachi chef named frank started to cook for us at 11:30 . My wife got a eggshell in her fried rice haha glad it was not me stuff happens but was kinda let down . Felt very rushed and was given boxes as soon as frank the hibachi chef was done cooking it . Felt like they were kicking us out and didn't get to finish our meal . So go early rather then later .

Mmmm.....the big blue drink for 2 was soooo yummy...the fruit punch drink was good too.... the food was sooo delicious and cooked perfectly! I believe our chef was pretty new because he was a bit slower w cooking than we have experienced in the past, but he did very well and was pleasant to chat with. Our waiter was a doll!!! He was attentive, charming and fun! We had a great time, left w full bellies, happy hearts and leftovers to take home 😋

Awful experience. Smh. Horrible food and service. Food I didn't order on my plate, ignored when I mentioned it. Didn't get my drink until way after my food arrived. I don't eat seafood, when asked did I have allergies I said no peanuts and i don't like seafood, they still put shrimp on my plate. Waited for the waitress to get back which took forever, told her about the shrimp and she told me while she walked away that they put shrimp on everything. Offered nothing to correct it. Bathroom was a mess. There were no highlights to this trip. I thought about just getting up and leaving more than once and I should have. Worst dining experience I have ever had.

First I attempted to order online for delivery and was charger three times on my credit card. We went it due to being extremely hungry and traveling. Never have a ever been to a location where you don’t receive yum yum sauce at the beginning with the other sauce options example ginger and teriyaki. The cook asked and I accepted all and asked for yum yum sauce she stated I needed to ask the waitress. Let me say this place is poorly managed!!!!!! The waitress was very rude Brought the wrong drinks to the table. The cook could barely speak English over salted all the food and I could not eat it. I repeatedly asked the waitress for yum yum sauce to counter the salty meal. I waited over 30 minutes and finally a different waitress brought some to the table which the sauce was like water it was so thin it didn’t taste like yum yum sauce. It was horrible I could not eat the meal. To add to insult on the receipt I was over charged for additional drinks and an additional hibachi meal. We ordered one hibachi meal and ordered one side of rice to accompany ordering sushi. I was charged for one side and one full hibachi chicken rice . I expressed that was not what we ordered she refused to take it off. Saying that we received it I then addressed the additional drink we did not have. That was the only thing the waitress would take off. She was extremely rude. I stated I would contact the corporate office due to the manager being so young I felt it would be more of the same. Try another location.

I always enjoy dining at this Dearborn location. It's close to my home and the service and food taste better than others locations I've eaten at. My recent experience for my birthday on March 24th was the best ever. I've been dinning there for more than 35 years and never had the food tasted as it did prepared by KYLE last week. HE COOKED OUR FOOD TO PERFECTION. Using my $30 birthday coupon, I decided ordered the surf n turf. It was delicious. The service was exceptional.
