Wait in line for like 15 minutes. They take my order for a large vanilla shake and then when I get to the window and pay they tell me the machine isn’t working. Why didn’t you tell me before you took my order and ran my card. I could have saved time and gone somewhere else. No I don’t want a chocolate shake, no I don’t want a frozen coke.

New york $30 12 oz steak dinner. First one half full of gristle and fat and cold and extremely tough texture. Medium well was order. Sides lintel soup and mashed potatoes. Potatoes covered in cream of mushroom soup not stated on website. After attempting to eat called to complain and was going to try something else but guy insisted that it was just overcooked and ge would make new to come in 20 minutes. Picked up second and arrived back to eat and found potatoes I complained about was remade with same cream of mushroom and steak was even more overcooked and even burnt to crisp all around. Very terrible quality of meat and taste terrible and would not recommend and will not be trying this place again

I was surprised when I arrived that there wasn't a line and long wait. But did not realize they were serving old burgers and fries. I hate a few fries and the texture was wrong. I ate a burger and one side was hard, I thought maybe just that one, the second one was similar. Instead of tossing the food and taken a loss after so many hours, they decided to serve it.. I will never go back... you all should be ashame to serve old, hard, nasty food.. if I become ill, it will be a problem
