Get to the the speaker to place my order. Right off I'm told to hold on. Didn't even get a welcoming like they are trained to do!! This place is ran down the menu was falling down and some were missing!! Then I finally got to place my order. 2 double cheese burgers and a lg fry. It took them almost 15 mins to get me my food. Their were only 3 cars in line. I worked burgerking back in the day and non of this would have whent on. Then I get my food. The burgers are cold. I only got 1 slice of cheese on a DOUBLE cheese burger. I didn't get a welcome at the window or a reason it's taking so long. They are rude and slow as ever.

These mf need to change there oil. Just because people aren't allowed inside they should still maintain a clean work space. The lady was nice tho at the window

When you put together a door dash order do you even check to make sure its right? Also why is there not a receipt with my order? Its really not that hard.

Food was good. Customer service was horrible! as we ate, I listened to the staff swearing in the back. I asked for a receipt and was told that they don't have a receipt machine. What kind of business can't give you a receipt?

Regular employee was very sweet and let my boyfriend and I use our own cups ( we paid for 2 drinks) but at shift change the manager yelled at us for having soda in the cups. Luckily the employee vouched for us, informing her that we bought drinks. Manager did not apologize for yelling at us. Very rude.

I will not eat at this Burger King anymore, I wouldn't lie to you guys, I've gone here somewhere around 12 times. And, Every.Single.Time! Something got messed up or it took well over 6-7 minutes, went through drive through on another occasion and sat behind them for about 8-10 minutes while the employee and the car we're having a catch up on life, all I was in line for was two cheese burgers without pickles, then once I got to the window I paid was told it was going to be just a minute every thing is going to be fresh... Um? Okay!?????.... I have chosen to go to McDonald's across town for burgers. I would never recommend this place to any body, Managers are absolutely a joke!

I was very disappointed in the quality of the triple Whopper w/cheese sandwich and the fries I received. The burgers were dry and overcooked; the sandwich was only lukewarm. The fries were cold. I will never go back to the location at 53rd Street and Brady Street in Davenport, Iowa.
