12:29pm First KFC I patron in Iowa. First I would like to say there were no cars in the parking lot and no cars in the Drive-Thru. My order was correct, Keveling at the drive thru was polite, chicken was dry and tasted old, biscuit was doughy inside, and mountain dew was just colored carbonated water.😞😡

The drive thru was about the same as most places, forgot my Pepsi. The chicken was also kinda dry, and it was pretty pricy, but everything else was alright.

Went to the Kimberly KFC and the lady in the drive-through I was just the sweetest lady great attitude super friendly makes me want to continue going back

Outstanding service by there employees. Was helped by a guy named Ricky outstanding service with a smile food was hot and fresh. Visited again May 22nd 2022 once again outstanding service quick fresh and I believe the same guy helped me with great service

Chicken strips tiny and dried up. Fries cold. When I went in store to get new fries employee said 3 mins. Took 17 mins. 3 other ppl in store. He gave me small fries I said we ordered large. I asked if we could have some sauces. He threw tons of sauces in even after I said thats enough. Ketchup packets smashed into fries. While I waited he gave 4 free biscuits to a girl and a guy got a free drink. Joking around with the couple customers. While I stood waiting.

Approximately 20 to 25 minutes before the order was ready and then it was not complete very disappointing. And it's not like they were super busy. Next time I will go to the other chicken place in town no more KFC

Been eating KFC for over 40 years. It's still one of my favorites and now it is my 16 year olds favorite too.
The remodeling looks Great. The facility was clean.
Thank You...and the prices are ok with inflation. The side portions are a bit smaller than in the past tho.
But, continue the good customer service and clean environment and Delicious food...and we will keep coming back.
