Mcdonald's

Unfortunately, this place needs tons of emprovement. Especially with the staff. I know times are tougher with good help, but this place really needs some intervention. There were two employees who stood out as fantastic, but the rest needed more training and help with their customer interaction. Young, so I'm sure with time , they can greatly improve. Thankfully the ones who gave my order were fantastic and you could tell were forced to carry the weight of those who were not. I wish those two luck and hope that relief comes to the when more experience come to their coworkers.

Stopped by McDonald's to grab a quick snack while running errands. It was less expensive to get a double cheeseburger and fries than it was to get a regular cheeseburger and fries, so I went for the gold. I was very surprised when I received my meal. The burger was hot and fresh with melted cheese!! Condiments were applied evenly on the burger and the bun was soft and warm. The fries were hot and crispy, without being too salty.

genuinely the worst McDonald’s ever. I never write bad reviews. this one deserves it. my boyfriend and I have both ordered from here via the app and never got our products or refunds. we’ve waited far too long for food. you’re completely ignored if you walk in the front. we try to do mobile orders to reduce miscommunication/ make it easier for staff. nah man they’ll run around the back and not give you your stuff. had a girl stop and sip her little drink then she walked off, didn’t help me (waiting on pick up order) or the dude waiting to order at the counter. she comes back several minutes later and takes the dudes order. I waited like 15 mins for my order that was sitting on the line from the moment I walked in. I know McDonald’s is low tier, but good lord this place STINKS. There was one nice male worker who brought my food curbside one time. he gets a pass. everyone else… what are y’all doing? genuinely. do you even have a manager? ain’t no reason a mobile pick up should wait 15 mins when you have one car in the drive thru. we gave y’all like 6 tries. never coming back. worst McDonald’s to ever exist.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Only did because I have to share how unprofessional and rude they were today. I use my McDonalds app a lot during the week. Their kiosk did not print me a receipt so I could pay at the counter, so I had to reorder, ok not a problem. But I had used one of my deals to get free fries and it didn't ring up. I asked the lady that she fix it and a manager stated that the fries are not free. After explaining that I used a deal, she asked for the mobile code, I tell her I did not get a receipt. I offer to show her in my phone the deal I am trying to use and she says she don't wanna see it! Nope! Stormed off and told the girl at the register to just give them the fries. I WONT BE BACK THERE. I understand that it gets busy. But it's no reason to be down right rude!!!!

I ordered a large iced caramel coffee with a hash brown for breakfast. I live in Mobile but travel to Daphne from time to time for work. I was up all night with a toddler and I needed a pick me up before I start my long shift in Daphne. I was disappointed when I took that sip of coffee because it was basically coffee flavored water. There was no taste of caramel or any sweetness. They usually do okay but this was horrible and I know I won't get another coffee from them.
