Papa John's

My family ordered pizza from Papa Johns at this Spanish fort/ daphne / malbis location. We had a slight issues with our order. Went in store today only to be greeted by amazing customer service. For the slight Inconvenience with our order they customer service was beyond. The GM and the cook on duty were awesome!! It’s difficult to find workers in todays economy.Give those people a raise they quite deserve it.

Ordered pizza breadsticks and a drink was told the total was 18. Gave my sister the money for the pizza . She brings only pizza and drink. I run out the house for the driver to leave as soon as I get to his car. Leaves pizza on bed to call store. Was On hold for 6 minutes. Store says oh that’s because the calling center took your order and they mess it up all the time. I say “ so your tellin me I just paid $19 for a small pizza and a drink” she says yes . I hang up the phone, go to pizza. Half is gone. The dogs ate it. Last time I try and treat myself.

Ordered pizza several hours in advance and scheduled the delivery for 6pm because I had guests arriving from out of town. 6:10 came around and there was no food. Called the store the first time and waited on hold for a while before I hung up. Called back and someone finally answered. After looking up my order, she said the order hadn't even been made yet and that it hadn't even appeared on their list yet to be made. I will say that the employee was very polite and told me they were short staffed, so there's no complaint about the customer service. I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. The problem is, if you're going to have the option to schedule pizza to be ordered in advance, you need to make sure the customer who placed the order in advance is served at their scheduled time. The order should be made before any live orders are placed to ensure it's delivered at the scheduled time.
