The Berry Tavern

The Berry Tavern has a really nice atmosphere! I'm a Salem/Peabody local that had never tried this place and found it looking for truffle fries (haha). My boyfriend and I went for an early Valentine's Day dinner and it was awesome. The staff was very friendly (Lauren) and helpful with recommendations for beverages. The food was simply delicious. I ordered the lobster ravioli and my bf had the steak tips and both were impressive on taste. I will say be prepared for the tiramisu if you order it because it's massive! Definitely recommend giving this Tavern a shot. We will be back :)

Grabbed a quick bite on our way home from the beach. My partner got the chicken Marsala and I the steak tips. My steak tips were over cooked and on the same plate as my salad which I’ve never seen before. Steak juice all over my salad. The sauce tasted like barbecue sauce which was very odd. would return for the Marsala but the steak was not up to par

Had the Shrimp Scampi. Delicious! Very comfortable and warm environment. The menu is extensive. The other 4 people in my party loved their meals as well. Servers were really on their toes. Shout out to our waitress, Jenn 👍. The entertainment that night was the "Ditto" band---> Exact renditions of James Taylor, Jesse Winchester, Harry Chapin. Excellent band!

It’s a tavern but don’t let that fool you. The food is excellent and the menu has a nice variety. I had blackened swordfish which was seasoned and cooked perfectly. But came over a bed of spinach risotto. My wife had a filet mignon. Prices are reasonable and the service is always with a smile-thanks Kelly.

Friendly service and great food! Large portions for a solid price. They have a nice draft selection and drink list that will make anyone happy. Not too shabby on the whiskey list too! Start with a brick oven pie then order an entree. Definitely worth checking out for delivery or dine-in. We plan to become regulars!
