Betty Ann's Sandwich Shop

My husband and I just moved to Danvers and wanted to try this local shop. I saw a lot a of good reviews on here so I’m not sure what happened today. My husband ordered a meatball sub and I got a turkey club. The meatball cub was cold. The bread on the club wasn’t toasted so the club was cold as well. My mother got a turkey sandwich that didn’t come as ordered. Probably won’t go here again.

We usually like to come here when we're in the area to get a pretty good sandwich. However, the last time we came in waited while they messed up a bunch of orders ahead of us, took their friend's order ahead of us, and folded a rubber band into our sandwich to find later. Also they forgot the mayo. We really did like this place. I hope they can fix the quality.

Horrendous service. I would have given zero stars, because I cannot speak to the food. We showed up at 2:30 pm on a Sunday. Store was empty - no line. One person at the single inside table, eating their food. We stood there for 7 minutes and no one acknowledged our presence. I asked if we should use the electronic device on the counter to order - since we had been ignored for an unreasonable amount of time for no reason. We were told “I’ll be with you soon enough.” Two mins later, the phone rang. Answered on the first ring, and took the phone order. We left and won’t be back.
