Panini Pizzeria

I've been to this place a few times now, but today (Nov 21, 2021) the experience was horrible. Long story short, some bold older guy yelled at the young kid that was taking care of our order. In my understanding, the kid was doing his job just right; however, regardless of the circumstances the way this kid was treated was not right. Seconds later he started tearing down and had to go to the bathroom as he couldn't take the embarrassing moment that he had been through. I had never seen that bold guy at the place before and to be honest they are better off without his miserable presence. I will be back there because their food is amazing. But, no one should be going through what that kid went through at that moment. Also, he came back from the bathroom and continued to do his job non-stop (housekeeping the tables, taking orders on the phone, taking care of customers). I hope that guy is ok.. The three stars is the food, it really is amazing. The pizza of course.

Pizza and wings were awesome. Worked in Danvers for a week and went there every day. Went back today and for some reason they have all the doors open and it’s 34° out and there is 15mph crosswind through the store. Never seen anything like it. . Stood next to someone shivering for 25 minutes with numb fingers. Terrible experience for awesome food.
