Needed a good hot meal, and I got it!!! Being a old, old, employee when we had to cut up our chicken and make m.p. from scratch and make b.b. also from scratch!!! The finger licking days are gone!!! The food was fulfilling though!!!

This is a great kfc. The food is the same everywhere, but I like this one because A) it's clean and B) almost all the people working here except one old guy were good looking. Like, it ranged from pleasant to ridiculously good looking. Never have I ever walked into a fast food joint and only run into good looking people. It's weird, but show up and you'll see what I mean 😌

Last night I came to this location and ordered food for a party of 4. When I got home I noticed there were some issues with the order. When I called the store to tell them the manager, Adrianna, was very understanding and got the situation rectified for us right away. I will be returning to this location due to Adrianna's customer service.

Placed order in drive through.I ordered the Famous bowl with a Pepsi. Got to the window Pattt/Claudia asked did I have 2 famous bowls.I said no Ma'am I only ordered 1. So I paid for my food received the order and left. When I made it to my destination I discovered I had the wrong order I had a chicken sandwich and potatoes wedges. How do you repeat the order and still get it wrong. I called asked for the Manager Frank Nelson. He was very polite and professional. He asked me to return so he could correct the problem. I did and the services were much better. Thank you Frank Nelson for utilizing your customer service skills to please me the customer. I will be back.

I have eaten there many times I work right next door and its always clean and teat and the service is 110% The food is always very fresh and never cold or stale. I would say this is one of my favorite KFC in Dallas Texas and will continue to have many nice meals there. Thanks to the great crew and food keep it up. Thanks CF

It's a KFC. My order was correct and filled very quick. Staff interaction was fine. Not rude or anything like that. Just could have been a bit more welcoming. I'd definitely go back though.

The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Everytime me and my co-workers go eat thier is a young lady named Dunia and I hope I spelled it correct. She always greets us with a smile and a hello. She is very patient with every customer. She needs to be on the top of the employee board for great customer service.

👍🏾I have visited a few times and each time I did not have to wait long. My did was good, but my order was not correct the first time and they didn't have enough specials for my order the second time. But the people were friendly. Note: its hard to turn left when you exit the parking lot🙄
