Ifratelli just NEVER FAILS. They are the evidence that other pizza places with similar or better ratings are simply buying bot reviews. Compared to the surrounding pizza spots which are either the poor quality big chain stores or the overrated greasy “NY style” pizzas, these reign SUPREME.

One of the best thin crust pizza I’ve ever had. Their pizzas are overloading with mushrooms , black and green olives . The pepperoni was delicious. Good for big parties and game night.

Excellent customer service. My first time trying this pizza was at a work function. Every since then, I’ve been going back I definitely love the thin crust with the loaded toppings. The cheese taste like butter for some reason, but I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10.

EDIT: WOW! After a goofy experience, I was personally called by the GM of the store. He expressed genuine interest in seeing how he can make things better, and surprised us with dinner a week later. Way to make this interaction into a great one! I will absolutely be back, and will be sure to tell my friends about this. You have turned me from a grumpy customer, into a guest for life. Thank you! -------------------------------------------------------------- This one pains me, I love i Fratelli, the pizza, the local vibe and typically the service. Tonight was a massive disappointment. Ordered online, chose to pickup to save a little time. Instead of saving time, I wasted so much of it. I arrive, 20 minutes after placing the order, to find it'll be a few minutes. Cool, no sweat I get being busy. 20 minutes later, still no pizza, and they are asking for the order again, whatever, lost ticket, these things happen. It took another 20 minutes for the pie to come out, which is understandable, but the end result was a sad, sloppy pie (see attached) The part that makes this review-worthy, is that they actually made the original order, while I was waiting there, sent it out to delivery, and got it to my house all while I was sitting there. They acknowledged the order was as I intended, and said if I waited for the driver to come back, I could have both pizzas, sweet! Nope, they miscommunicated that too, and he came back empty handed, after I waited 15 more minutes. They gave me a coupon for a free future pizza, which I appreciate, but this is likely the last dollar I spend here, sadly. It should never take over an hour to pick up a pepperoni pizza on a Thursday.

It has been awhile since we ordered, but tonight’s pizza was PERFECT! Thank you for bringing your 6-star pizza back… hot & delicious delivery.
