Love everything about this new Seolleongtang restaurant. Very clean interior. Friendly owner couple greeted as soon as we walked in. Menu was extensive; they unfortunately ran out of the brisket, beef rib, and ox tail at the time when I entered. (Around 9pm). I ordered the mixed meat soup and my wife ordered the ox knee soup. Soups were packed to the brim with meat. Kimchi, kkackdoogee, and pa kimchi were all delicious. I will come back again to try the other soups for sure.
