My favorite spot in Deep Ellum, and Dallas for that matter. Great music and an awesome space. The drinks are always on point and they know how to make an incredible Old Fashioned. Whenever I have friends in town, I always take them here.
The staff has a energy that makes you want to stay and come back over again. Great concept and great people, those two make for a great night!!!!
Was one of my favorite little bars. Closed permanently now. Sad. The drinks and music was really good.
My brother got his hair cut here and it was the most amazing transformation. He’s a lobsterman and doesn’t think too much about beard/hair upkeep on a day to day basis. His transformation by barber Jordan brought me to tears! It was still his style, but perfectly manicured. The barbers here are wonderful. Truly artists and craftsmen. I highly recommend High & Tight.
I have been going to see Daniela at High and Tight for almost a year now and will have to say she is one of the best barbers I have ever been to. She is well versed in many hair types, gives a close and clean shave, can braid your hair into any style you want QUICKLY and it holds for about a month if you take care of it..I can get very picky when it comes to barbers because there have been times where my hair would get jacked trying a new barber and I'm sure you all have been there too lol. I have had only 3 barbers over the past 4 years...(either they moved or I moved) and she is one of them. She's also very friendly so don't be surprised if she starts talking to you first!! Would highly recommend to people of ALL hair types .
Love this shop. They have great barbers. It’s located in the heart of Deep Ellum. And, for those 21+, you can enjoy an ice cold beer while they hook you up with a fresh cut.

Awesome shop for a cut. Laid back atmosphere and great location. Jordan and the entire staff are top tier. Parking can be tough in the afternoon/evenings, but zero issues if you book your cut in the mornings.
The bar is a hidden gem.
They are still trying to figure out the menu, but the bartender working on it is fantastic (I believe maybe Sam). Walked in, told him some ingredients and he made amazing drinks no matter how weird I threw at him.
Had some good music too!
Saw Taylor Hawkins for the second time today. He did a great job the first time and even better the second! Knew exactly what I wanted I’m just a few words and gave me the cut that was even better than expected. If you want the best in Dallas Taylor is your guy! Thanks Taylor and Cross Faded Barbers! You guys are awesome
I scheduled an appointment online with a barber who had availability.
I parked at a meter a few blocks down, and there are free hours so I didn't have to pay to park.
It had been months since I had a haircut and I didn't have a plan in mind.
Erick fixed me up and didn't mind my indecision.
The shop was clean, cool, and relaxed.
The haircut well done, priced great, and easy to style at home.
To pay it asked if you wanted to include a percentage based tip which seemed really low, so tap that other button and throw him some more!
Jordan is fantastic. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I always leave High & Tight feeling more confident and in a positive mood from great conversation. I've been a regular customer for quite some time and don't intend on looking elsewhere! Cheers.
