Subway

I made an online order. Unfortunately I didnt check my order when I was there...my fault. I called to inform them of the mistake. My only option was to bring the sandwich back that day. That was a problem for me because I couldn't go back that day. I tried to explain I couldn't go the next day but he said No...today only. I think his name was Anthony but the Manager wasn't there. I wasn't pleased with his only option and I didnt get my sandwich or money back.

I ordered 4 footlongs and a kids meal on 6/26. The order was placed ahead of time online, so I had to prepay. I noticed after it was processed that the pick up time was incorrect 5:10pm (an hour before my husband could pick them up). I tried calling multiple times to correct the error without an answer. When my husband arrived to pick up the order at 6:15pm (which contained mayo and cheeses) the employees said it had been sitting out since 5:10pm. They then told my husband they didn't have a working phone (whose number is listed, then?), they would not be remaking the sandwiches, we would not receive a refund, and to have a blessed day!!! GET A WORKING NUMBER and if someone is late picking up an order PUT IT THE REFRIGERATOR!!!!
