One of the previous reviews praises the store for being clean. Sadly, that is just a lie from an previous employee to try to boost the store rating. You can tell the store hasn’t been cleaned properly inside or out. They may be under new management but nothing has changed. The pictures show how “clean” the store really is.

This location is always having issues. Either not enough staff to open the doors, computer problems or just not getting the orders right. On four occasions I’ve received half tea and half coffee when I asked for a half sweet, half I unsweet tea. The owner and staff really need to get it together.

If I could give this location no stars I would. There was a long line so I went to go inside but all the doors were locked. I decided to wait in the drive through line which took 30-40minutes before it was finally my turn. I received toast that was not toasted so just bread with Avocado spread served in a box covered in Avocado. Then I got my latte, which if you know coffee, should be mixed already and mine was not the syrup was all on the bottom and I was told "it's too hard to mix" (I got the same drink yesterday at a different location mixed just fine) Then I got a pink sprinkle donut with no sprinkles. I ordered a croissant sandwich, and then after I got to the window and paid I was told they are out of croissants. I received no attempt at an apology for the long wait and was greated with a plethora of excuses. The customer service was lack luster to say the least. Ther were at least 4 employees in the store so I am unsure why the wait was so terrible and the restaurant was closes. Needless to say this franchise needs new management.

I have visited this dunkin on many occasions and I have never had an experience as bad as the last time i went. Emily the manager was so rude and completely ignored me when I tried to get her attention. I don’t get upset easily but she was one of the worst managers I have ever experienced. Not only was she rude to me but I could not believe the way she spoke to the other employees. I will not be visiting this dunkin again unless a new manager is put into place. Truly unacceptable how she treats costumers.

ordered and paid on the app for a dozen custom donuts just so they could give me whatever the monkey they wanted to. they were fast, though. but that pretty much just means they get your order wrong faster.

In general, I like Dunkin but this place… always an issue. They really said, “Sorry, we’re out of all hot food because we are low staffed” there were 4 people working when I pulled up to the drive thru and I even waited an 45mins in the drive thru….45 mins. I’ve never heard of a business shutting down food service because of staff? Usually food service is shut down because they ran out. Also, to prevent angry customers who have to wait so long and then not be able to order something, don’t you think putting a sign outside would be beneficial? I’m not saying that everytime you run out of a specific donut, I’m saying for something big like, “oh, we’re out of ALL hot food” or “we’re out of ALL Coffee” if their system shut down or something🤨. Im just concerned. I feel like business now a days has gotten so bad and building it back up to the standard it was prior is impossible.

Need a corporate’s number because staff wouldn’t give it to me. I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and I have never experienced the rudeness that I have in the last week with the staff that is working there. If someone could please get back to me I really would like to speak with corporate about the employees that they have working there

This location needs to get it together and have their doors open when they are supposed. I have gone countless times during regular advertised hours of operation to closed doors with no posted reason as to why. I simply take my business elsewhere. Unacceptable to have a business operating in such a way, specially a big chain franchise.
