Coyote Rojo Iii

Our first time at this restaurant. The food was good, well done, and tasty. They give you fresh and flavorful complimentary chips and salsa. The service was excellent, our waitress was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The menu is basic but has enough options for every preference. Our only complaint was the margaritas. They were lack of flavor and were extremely light on tequila. We will be back to try other options from their menu.

First time visiting everything was fantastic. Second time visiting the food wasn't as flavorful or seasoned as well right down to the salsa and side sauces. Third time there (got togo) and got the fajitas for 2. My wife's was fine, mine LITERALLY had 4 or 5 tiny pieces each of chicken and steak and was just a huge pile of onions and peppers. I asked for extra Verde and was told they charge for that... which they never had when dining in I'm not sure we'll press our luck and be back. Such a shame because our first time EVERYTHING was outstanding... drinks, service, and food all on point. Since that visit each time was worse than the last

Absolutely horrible experience. We waited for over an hour for our food with 4 restless children. Service was even worse. The waiter would disappear for 30 mins at at time..never even came to check on us to see if the food came out ok (which it didn't and wasn't good). Asked for a manager and was told they didn't really have one on duty?? The most helpful person was the busboy who tried to find our waiter for us several times. Total time there was almost 2 hours!!
