I just wasted $13 at the drive thru to get home and see that I received an over cooked yet cold chicken sandwich and curly fries,(not even curly fries,more like inch long leftovers from the bottom of the fryer basket!)and mozzarella sticks that smelled and tasted like they were prepared in old grease..my dog wouldn't even eat them! Not to mention the less than friendly guy at the window. Never again! And Please! I don't need an auto response saying how sorry you are and it will be looked into..DO BETTER

Now I know...if you dont donate when asked they'll mishap your order Make complaint ti the general manager,she was the one who took my order..Keep in mind.she repeated my order to me..then proceeded to ask if I wanted to donate to a hunger fund..I say no.. then when I ger my food a mishap.. to make to look like a mistake.. the mistake came when she asked if I wanted to donate..and I said no

Great service! Very friendly employees! Food was great! Wanted to try the white cheddar Mac and cheese and parts of it were cold but we let them know and they fixed it for us and replaced it with a new one!

This Arby's is wonderful. The food is always cooked fresh when ordered. And, I'm very happy with the employees who work there. They are always friendly and ready to help.
I gave them 5 Stars and would give them 10 Stars if I could.

we got the 2 for $6 regular beef and cheddar. we think they gave us a large drink instead of the medium. if that's not true then their drinks ( Dr. Pepper ) are a good deal
