This review is for the car wash only. My car was filthy dirty from the lovely winter snow so I decided to pay the $12 for the most stuff done. I noticed the cheapest which was $8 didn’t involve drying your car. So as my wash was ending the dryers came on and “dried” my car off. Except my car was still soaking wet when I was leaving, I paid the extra money just for it to not even dry my car off. So now of course I have spots on my windows from the water. Also there is an advertisement for if you purchase 4 car washes you get the 5th free. In order to get this promo you need to save your receipts. I tried to get a receipt and the machine was out of paper so I couldn’t even get my receipt it told me to go inside and get it like no thanks not worth the hassle. I will not be back for a car wash here.

I really hate to give this place a bad review it used to be really clean and nice and the employees used to be really clean and nice unfortunately it seems like they’re hiring anybody off the streets and the story is always kept up in a bad way I always preferred going to be P over Sheetz gas station however I’ve been steering clear of this one because it is no longer sanitary and I go to get go in Cuyahoga Falls

This 7-Eleven location just denied me buying a Visa gift card, from the vanilla brand by the manager who claims that vanilla visas can't be purchased via credit card when in fact vanilla visas can be purchased with credit cards. It is a fact that prepaid debit cards can't be purchased with credit cards. A vanilla Visa gift card is considered a prepaid credit card, which can be paid for with credit. The date is June 30th 5:47 pm. I have personally purchased A vanilla Visa for $500 at 11:03:23 am on may 7th 2019 with a discover credit card . Transaction number 6041. The manager claims that credit has never worked on the vanilla Visa gift cards. She is a liar. She is false advertising.

Poor customer service. On two different occasions there has been no one to ring me out. The first time no one was in there. The second time the old lady couldnt hear me trying to get her attention. I complained to the official channel the first time only to have it happen a second time. I never bothered to get the gift card from the first time....little wonder why. No more second chances from me....do yourself a favor go to sheetz across the street instead
