Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just stopped our mow route for a quick feast. Chipotle has been lacking in customer service and the quality of wrapping skills on burritos. Today, was a great experience, delightful staff, perfect wrap and an amazing amount of courtesy. My only regret was not having their names. Thanks and keep up the good vibes!!

Where takeout/online orders go to die. Update: continues to be a problem location, especially for any to-go orders. As of 11/10, I walked in around 7pm to see an employee yelling at one of the many customers standing way too close together saying “it’s not our fault, we only have one person on take-out”. FYI: it’s their fault. See my pictures of takeout orders left behind 2 hours after they were “promised”. This location is mismanaged and understaffed- at one visit the cashier told the group you see in my picture that “it’s not our fault, we get too many orders.” This is when you put more people assigned to producing takeout. Right now it appears they are running 1-1-1-1 operation with one person at each station. If between the hours of 11:30am- 2pm or 6:00-9:00 pm, go somewhere else.

Seems to be a trend at a bunch of Chipotle locations. 12 people sitting around waiting for pickup orders. Zero line. Anyone that comes in and gets in line is in and out in 30 seconds. It took 15 minutes for the first pickup order to come out since I arrived. At one point the line got to the door. They got those people out without issue and very quickly, but also without a single pickup order coming out. Currently 6:35. Ours was scheduled for 6:10. We were just told they are starting 6:00 pickup orders. Got to love constant price increases and hour waits for food. Don't do online, just come in and save yourself a ton of time. Finally got my food at 7:00.

This place has obviously gone downhill. Second time in a row burrito fell apart. Waited to order and only person in there. Girl acted like her hair was on fire making it. I could see it coming. Customer isn't number one here. The employees are. Sign of the times. Food quality has slid too. Crossing it off.
