3 Strikes and out for this place. 3 times out of very popular items and staff seem dumbfound staying silent as if you should pick another item yet don't help suggest anything. Also when you tell them strawberry frosted, they can't seem to distinguish between that flavor and chocolate...And today was final straw, over toasted bagel, hard to eat, tears up the roof of your mouth kind of burnt...

I come to this location every morning for coffee. Lately they have been making many mistakes and taking longer and longer to get people through the line. Today I watched them remake my cold brew 4 times. It took over 12 mins just to get my coffee. All employees were chatting away and laughing and not getting the line moving. Very disappointed with the customer service I have been seeing.

From out of town. Visited here several times. Not consistent with coffee pours. Sometimes it's filled, sometimes it's not. Just depends on who you get. My money, though, is green all the time. I don't like inconsistency.

Good safety and cross contamination should be discuses within the job orientation and training. The lady behind the counter who had gloves on while handling money then proceeded with the same gloves on to get donuts might need a reminder on the purpose of gloves. Not sure why this was a good idea.

A week or so ago when I stopped in the morning, they actually did have donuts… if you count the day-or-two old ones that were all crusty and stale … and the icing crumbled off of them instantly. (Not joking.)
