Luigi's was great. We were in the area on a short getaway and popped in for dinner. Our server, Ronnie, was fun and amiable. Nice, friendly atmosphere and an extensive menu. I had the Provolone Prosciutto Tortellini, which was well worth the chance we took on this little "shopping center" restaurant. I honestly thought the prosciutto was better than what I've had in Bologna or Rome...really!! Wifee said her lasagna was "good". (She's not much on superlatives, lol). Prices were reasonable (I think mine was $16, which included a bowl of very tasty tomato soup). Casual atmosphere with some old world touches. I don't know what's up with these photos...sorry.

One of Culpeper's best restaurants! We absolutely love their veggie pizza, but there are so many other delicious items! Whether you stop in or take out...give them a try!

Average. Quite disappointed. Went with friends who have been for 20 years and was expecting good food. It was mediocre. The server was nice but didn’t ever refill my water (they were not overloaded with patrons). The bruschetta was very underwhelming in size and flavor. The bread itself came with nothing- oil, butter, nothing. Plain white bread with no flavor. The pasta dish was flavorless, eggplant mushy (I specifically asked for well fried) and pasta soggy. Bathed in mozzarella and watery tomato sauce. Just really not inviting in appearance or taste. The dessert I was really looking forward to but ended up being too sweet both the chocolate cake (and I think they gave me a raspberry one…) and the cannoli. Was expecting better based off reviews.

Food is delicious. We had their fettuccine Alfredo pasta and Veggie Pizza. The veggies on the pasta are fresh and one couldn’t have a better pizza then this. Service is amazing. Loved this place!

After a very long day and the fact everything closes at 9pm on a weekday in the area, we found this restaurant. A quick review showed numerous great posts and ratings so our entire party was excited about trying it. As soon as we walked in two staff members just stared at us like we had thumbs growing out of our foreheads. No matter, long day and starving. Not knowing any real back history I played it safe and got spaghetti and meat sauce. My buddy got an italian sub. Kinda basic right? This is where the train left the tracks. The side salad i got was the highlight of the whole experience. The spaghetti came and looked to be about a quarter cup of noodles in the tomato/meat/water blend. My buddies sandwich had three small pieces of meat and no Italian dressing. Just meat, lettuce and bread for an Italian sub. I made the mistake and asked for bread to go with my meal and it was a chopped up hoagie bun partially toasted on the grill. Partially meaning some burnt and most not. Another member got baked pasted and said it tasted metallic like out of a can. Unfortunately so did mine. Out of a party of five there was not one pleasant dish and that is sad. After all the reviews and the great dining room it was just a big let down. I understand the cost of rising goods but herbs are still cheap. I would have been happy with the portion size if the taste would have been there.

We ordered take out for the first time and food was horrible. I typically write good reviews for local businesses and rarely complaining but Luigi’s has stomped me. Calamari was over cooked - rubbery l texture. , veal was soggy and no seasoning, even the pasta got fair amount of sauce but no seasoning. Soup was bitter and barely no chicken for chicken noodle soup. My wife’s chicken parm was also soggy and no seasoning.
