The older gray haired lady in there is rude! She acts like you are inconveniencing her. She doesn’t smile and is very short. This is the second time I have had to deal with her and she’s terrible! I placed an order for a cake for my granddaughter‘s first birthday and I asked for a 3 inch cake she immediately told me the smallest she could do is a 6 inch while in their book they show a 3 inch. I asked for light pink trim and gold trim icing and I received light pink and pale yellow. She said I told her to use light gold and I never said that I said gold and not only that is pale yellow! And she said ok at the time I ordered. It also was supposed to have two lines of icing around the trim top and bottom of the cake and it only had one on the bottom and one on the top. She said she would try to make gold icing to fix it and after 15 minutes of waiting she came out and showed me a yellow. The cake also has a spot on the back where it looks like a little hole. I told her never mind I will just take the cake I mean it’s my granddaughter‘s birthday today. And then when I cut into the cake the thing just collapsed in the middle and it’s dry. i’m completely unsatisfied and just taken back by the rudeness of this woman. I will never go back and I know I won’t be missed and that’s OK I just thought I would share my experience.

Went to pick up a lemon pound cake, when they first sot it on the counter it was very small and the powder sugar covered the cake way to much, ask if they could take some of the sugar off they said yes, when they brought it back I could see why it was covered so much to hide a split. This is what they gave me a mess. Not even a normal cake this was only 16 oz.. plus the cookies were hard.

The BEST donuts in the area and very inexpensive if you’re treating a large group. Yes, you must go quite early on the weekend if you want something specific or risk it will be sold out by 9am. The raspberry jelly is my personal favorite and the blueberry cake is also perfect and both of these will stay fresh until the next day. You can never go wrong with glazed but they won’t hold up as well on day 2. Normally I’m not a big fan of Boston cream but I like them here. The only donut I’ve ever purchased that I didn’t like is the glazed with chocolate icing on top. It was just too sweet for me. I have yet to try the lemon filled and it’s on my list but I have to wake up earlier!
