Dunkin'

I love Dunkin’ Donuts. However, I would never get anything from this location again. I ordered my food and coffee this morning from the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, I was not greeted and a female just handed me a hot coffee (which I did not order). After I corrected her, she handed me my food without saying I apologize or you’re welcome after thank you. Then proceeded to properly make my ice coffee and give it to me without a word. Very rude staff that needs to be trained on proper customer service!

I have come to this DD for 2years now, as a fmr DD manager this place WAS top notch. I could honestly say I couldnt find anything wrong with them until they recently changed their morning staff (or just in general). I have gotten luke warm breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns, to my coffee (which i never change) made wrong or something wrong with it (just not a few times), longer waits at the drive thru, even not getting a good greeting. then there was one morning, I happen to watch the sandwich maker while wearing gloves, pick up something off the ground. Honestly, if i wasnt such in a rush to work i wouldve made a big deal out of it as since its a huge food safety violation. Ive been on that other side of the isle and know nothing will be handled properly, and thus why I have decided to post this here and to take my business elsewhere. I sincerely hope you fix these issues before it comes across to the wrong person.

Have lived in Cromwell 7 years and while not a regular, have visited this DD many times. Today was probably my last. I ordered an avocado toast and bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. As I approached the pick up area, the sandwich guy audibly complained about having to make a "stupid" avocado toast. Then when a red haired lady handed me my sandwich, it was on an everything bagel and I simply said "that was supposed to be a plain bagel" she rolled her eyes spiked the sandwich in the trash and sandwich guy muttered something under his breath. Pro tip, if y'all hate your jobs so much, quit. Nobody wants to deal with your stank attitudes!

Great service all the time here. Even when the line is long, they steadily get them out. Awesome job. And the apple-cranberry refreshers are freaking delicious! But lately their sandwich skills have been lacking. I get a bagel w/ cc and bacon. The cc is barely spread, just clumped in the middle. Rather disappointing.

Yiu can't beat Dunkin Donuts for a quick coffee and doughnut on the go or a relaxing hour in your hectic day. This shop is convenient to get to and has ample parking with a better than usual traffic flow pattern thanks to the bigger property size. The staff were friendly and efficient. This store has comfortable plush leather chairs and a gas fireplace to enjoy. The shop was busy but not overly so. A few things I noticed on my trip this time were that they seem to have cut down on the Christmas/Winter decorations. This is something I used to look forward to and was sadly absent. Also I was a bit confused where I was supposed to order and where to pick up. It's not a restaurant site I frequent often, but one would likely figure it out.the signage for where to order would be good. The service at the counter was prompt and accurate. The purpose of my visit was to buy gift cards for the construction team that was working in my house. The request was processed quickly and correctly. They again did not have the holiday print gift cards available and they were short on the card envelopes but they did get more envelopes for my rather large order. Departing the shop I would recommend not taking a left. It's convenient if you are on the same side of the street but not for turning against traffic. Just go around the block (it's actually triangular shaped with stop and shop in the middle) for the safest route. Overall I was happy with the visit. It was conveniently located for a stop in to get my gift cards done and would be a good place to get coffee. I would make an effort to return to that shop in particular to enjoy a treat by the fire on a day when I am not in a rush.
