Very frustrating!! So we order a large box of tacos all without cheese, we open it up and every taco is a shell with a tiny bit meat inside and nothing else. Also with the tacos we ordered they Steak Power Bowl. This usually lasts me 3 meals. This time it was more than half empty! On top of that it’s completely missing the lettuce and there’s hardly any rice (there were more beans than rice). You can see the bottom of the dish in the corner from the photos taken before I started eating. I was so irritated to have spent THAT much on hardly any food, and all of it made wrong at that!!! What a waste. And the service has been slowly getting worse. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up the food. Not likely coming back to this one.

I used to enjoy going to this restaurant but sadly, I try to avoid it because it TAKES FOREVER to place my order, then takes FOREVER to get the food. They're obviously under-staffed and it's been like this for several months.
The food is good and I enjoy the meals but they need to hire more staff. They do have "machines" where you can place your order but I still believe in dealing with HUMANS!

Literally the worst experience in fast food history.
Purchased 4 items through drive through. Came home to a complete mess.
Nacho Bell grande had no nacho cheese.
2 soft tacos were a mess ! Food all over the package
Tried calling the restaurant, phone kept ringing.
Arrived at the location, kept calling no one answered.
Finally went to the entrance. Team members eating food next to the food prep station.
Knocked on the door, until finally someone heard me.
Young man comes to the door, I show him pictures of my food, and ask him for a refund or to make the food more presentable with the correct ingredients.
Whole Im waiting for the food, they are looking at me laughing and eating next to the food prep area.
Not once did he apologize and was rude and short with me.
An absolute problem you have there !

Worst taco bell ever, consistently wait over 20min. The last 3 times I have been there (over 3 months) they either have "turned the grill off" or it's "not workint" which limits you to basically only gd taco. And they regularly only accept cash. Longest wait for zero options and rude employees who forget sauce every single time. Im done with this place. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

Horrible service tonight in the drive thru. I was stuck in between 2 cars for over 15 minutes. I called the store to see what was taken so long. The person who answered the phone said they had a big order. I seen one small bag handed to the car. He used profanity while I was talking to him. Very unprofessional, rude, I've never been treated this way before. I will not be going back to this store.

If you could give 0 stars to a location it would have that. There is usually a 98% chance that you ordered is messed up. Employees usually having personal conversations about their lives or other employees in front of you.
Tonight an online order was placed and when it was being picked up no one could locate it. Manager had an attitude and was threatening forcing out of the building. Very unprofessional

Clean, fast, but the tacos could have been better - wrong proportions of toppings. One of my tacos contained practically only shredded cheese, nothing else.

I gave this location 4 stars because every time I go, the food is hot and fresh. Which is unusual in a restaurant full of kids. Nonetheless, the food is great and the service is good. The grounds and the restaurant itself are very clean and maintained. When I do have the craving for Taco Bell this is the location that I chose in this area.
