The last three times I went through drive through and ordered my meals all three times the meals were wrong or missing food. The first time I called and spoke to the manager she was very polite and kind. She offered to replace the food and did. The second time I didn’t call or return I just ate whatever food they gave me. The last time they messed up my order it was missing pieces of chicken and a side. I called the same manager again and she said to come in and my food would be replaced. When I came in on another day the other manager or employee was unpleasant with me and made me feel uncomfortable for coming in to get my food replaced. She gave me a stank look and scolded me for not telling her in the drive through that I had my name on a list to get food. (I didn’t say anything because it’s easier to explain at the window ) everyone in that interaction seemed to be uncomfortable with me coming in to get my food and I will not be returning now to that restaurant. The manager I spoke to was very kind but the rest of the restaurant is a mess. I worked in fast food for a few years and we always took care of our customers, used manners and corrected mistakes made. Between all of the order mistakes and the way I was treated when I came in I feel unwelcome.

Giving a 3 star because staff was friendly. Spent $40 bucks on a strip meal with 3 large sides , 6 biscuits. Got home no dipping sauce that I asked for , for 12 strips , biscuits are usually dry but all 6 were fresh a week ago, dropped one on the table and almost took the paint off, very disappointing especially with the prices we have to pay

I used the mobile app and was actually about 5 minutes late getting there. My order was not ready and I waited an additional 10 minutes while they put my order together. It would have been quicker if I had just used the drive-thru. Food was OK. I didn't feel the the chicken was the best quality. Chicken breaststroke were rather small. Cole slaw was not as favorable as it usually is. Over all, I was disappointed.

I just had a really great experience today. Long story, but I had some difficulty securing some chicken before this weekend‘s hurricane Henri. I went in a few days later and the lady remembered me and felt bad about the mishap. She gave me my order for free. I did not expect this. Also, some old lady customer was rude to me while I was placing my order. Another lady working there said she was sorry about that. I thought these 2 ladies made such nice gestures. It made me fee good. The people working there today have a lot of class and are really good with customer service. They made up for what happened and then some. Oh, and the chicken was finger lickin. Thanks so much!

I was there on Monday on way back from My Infusion appointment in Hartford and I didn't want to cook and I went to pick up Kentucky Fried Chicken Sandwich, 4 wings which they were so small, and dry side of mash and gravy with a biscuit and a drink, the mash potatoes were Stine cold!! I wasn't going back because I was too tired and my infusions take the strength out of me, but charging 8.99 for 4 Dinky Wings Extra Crispy and they were soon small....This place has really really gone hill!! If you can't get better Chicken to Cook, then close it down and put a Popeyes in its Spot!! Shame on you for putting and selling old dried up and cold Products!!

No stars!!! KFC is Not the same!! The chicken was old, corn was old & dry. You can tell chicken been around awhile. They did not change the food out in proper timing for freshness!!! Very dissatisfied! I think the manager was in Slippers!!! Really! This is were we are now?!! Will this reply matter to kfc?!!!
