Terrible services while delivering the food, ordered chicken nuggets, they were not even cooked. And missing items or completely replacing the items with different ones. Happened multiple times.

The assistant manager made me wait 15 minutes while she tried to get a hold of the store manager over her cell phone, because she thought the $5 store credit I had used in my mobile order was “suspicious”. She never apologized and when I was several miles away, I noticed both sandwiches I ordered were incorrect: the crispy sandwich did not have lettuce and the whopper only had mayo and mustard (attached picture). I am very disappointed with the whole experience. Stay away from this place!

Horrible, abhorrent and unprofessional rude management. I work in the service industry and treat others with respect. I have had problems with this night manager woman several times now. Theyre rude. I've never had this issue at any other burger king I go to. Wouldn't even give one star if I could. Avoid at all costs.

Stopped for food and an emergency child bathroom break. Except no public restroom due to covid...except they are happy to tell you that mcdonald's has one...why can they function but not BK? Fine I'll take my business and my family elsewhere.

No sausage. They refused to accommodate without an extra charge. The bad reviews are definitely earned. Horrible.

After waiting in line inside for 15 minutes they told me there were no impossible whoppers. The fancy board showed pictures. I am a vegetarian so there was nothing else.

No Burger King is great but this may be Top 5 WORST locations in the state. Expect to wait no less than 15minutes in drive thru. I’m actually writing this review as I wait in drive thru and I’m taking my time doing it. They don’t even try to hide their unprofessionalism
