Burger King

The one in Crawfordsville says it closed at 12am on Sundays ( it even says the time was verified recently) and it was a 11pm so I order on online order and got there at like 11:04 but apparently they closed early and when I got to the speaker they didn’t acknowledge me they could at least said “sorry we’re closed” and so I was charged for food I didn’t get and really upset me. They really need to update their time if they are going to close early.

My elderly parents, both in their 80s, were badly traumatized by an employee today in the drive-thru. For no apparent reason, a female employee began screaming at my dad through the speaker before he attempted to order, berating him and demanding that he leave the drive thru lane. She even threatened to call the police. My parents are the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful people - neither has ever been rude or unkind to a service employee. My parents are TERRIBLY upset and fearful of ever going to this Burger King again. I know it's difficult to find employees in this environment, but it's ridiculous to employ an individual who is this unstable and volatile.

Remodeled since fire, still great food, just a heck of a wait time if you got 10 to 15mins to wait then it's worth it. Restraunt wasnt packed, just had kids sitting in corner seats being loud and disrespectful talking inappropriate, and knocking on restroom doors and running away when anyone would go in them, basically hit drive through you are good and less wait, eat in like my wife and I did be prepared to wait and listen to adolescents, and immature teens or kids say and do annoying stuff and be disrespectful. Oh and staff didnt confront kids they just let them be and cause scene.
