Never had food poisoning that tasted so delicious. I used to eat here at least once a week but after feeling ill after the last few visits I will not be returning. This last bought was not fun and I am certain it was due to the pho I had from this establishment.

The "salad" rolls had lettuce and rice noodles in them, since they only had beef broth for pho I got the vegetable plate and it had huge chunks of raw garlic in it, was way too salty, and did not have a lot of the vegetables in it that was advertised on the menu. Service was as slow as the business was.

Warning: This is not just the worst Pho restaurant I've visited, it's in my top 5 all-time worst restaurants, EVER! The "Poor-Fair" rating Google provides isn't sufficient to demonstrate my feelings towards this place; it's wretched. Allow me to explain my 5 reasons:
1). Server was impatient to get our order. We had just sat down--and I mean that literally, as in I was seating our baby in the high chair and I hadn't even removed my coat--the menus hadn't yet been opened, and she asked, "What do you want?" Not even the standard, "Do you know what you want?" Feeling rushed, my wife and I ordered our food on her third buzz-by (in less than 2 minutes, mind you, before we'd looked at all the options). Very surprising because the place wasn't busy at all, all but one table was already eating, and we were nowhere near closing time.
2). Our entrees arrived at the same time as the appetizer. Poor planning and is inconsiderate. Why bother with an appetizer, at that point?
3). My water was empty and they forgot the bread we ordered ... and the server never came out to any of the tables, again. I kept looking for her, but she went back into the kitchen area and didn't come back out. The table next to us voiced the question I was thinking, "Is the waitress ever coming back?" Answer: no, she didn't.
4). Our entrees were a tale of two extremes: onion overload or no flavor at all. I like pho, I know not all broths are created equally, and I know that's why the pepper and condiments exist ... but give me a break! Mine was like dishwater, and my wife's only tasted like onions.
5). When I walked to the counter, the server magically appeared from the kitchen. One of the other patrons, obviously glad to see an employee, got up and asked for a to-go container ... and had to carry them back to his table. The server rang me up for the whole order until I pointed out we'd never received our bread. Her response? "Uh, sorry." I said, "That's not all. I'm very disappointed in the service here. We also didn't get the bread we ordered." Her response? Nothing. Just waited there at the counter, waiting for the transaction to go through.
Moral of the story: if you want to be treated like an interloper by disappearing employees who serve subpar food, this is your place. If you like to get good food and service, stay away!

Will not be returning, the pho broth which is usually the star of the dish tasted like hot water and oil. Asked for Mongolian beef and pretty sure it was pork.

By appearances alone, this pho shop is just another cookie cutout. The pho was exactly what you'd expect and it was perfectly appetizing with loads of veggies and only that little bit of meat for flavor.

Service was ok. Food was ok. Asked for extra meat. It looked like a regular.
