I remember Big Boy from my youth but they have since retreated from most locations in the South. I enjoyed the simple breakfast while in Ohio for a wedding. The meal filled me up and was inexpensive. The location could use better signage so walk-ins don't waste time waiting at the wrong counter.

I love Frisch's Big Boy!
I've been going here since a very young age I'm glad they have one downtown!
Today at this location I got a great customer service.
Desiree took my order and gave me my food.
Mrs. Cathy at the front just gave overall good hospitality, assisting my son in getting into the restroom and gave overall good conversation and information!
Awesome!! I'm glad they were here today! I give this place a Five Star Plus rating they made me feel right at home!

This was in Cincinnati, Ohio. I attended the UFC VS Cincinnati College Football game. This was the first time I had ever been to Frisch's Big Boy!!! The food was absolutely delicious. I see where McDonald's got the idea for the Big Mac from. Their food was amazing. They had a lot of different sides to choose from. I got a salad. It was really good and went well with the burger. We tried (and enjoyed) the new vegetarian version of the Big Boy platter. Large windows provide natural light to the open dining room. Service is friendly and fast. Great location near Fountain Square

During non-rush hours I found the total Frisch's Big Boy experience thrilling. I ordered a Super Big Boy and fries. The food was served in a timely manner. The temp of the food was hot like right off the grill. It's interior is clean and you can always find a cashier not too far away from the cash register at all times. I would recommend them to my children.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating. We went there for breakfast. Food was Great! Our waitress was great. Always had full drinks and a clean table. When we are back in town. We will go back!

Reading other posts think people tried to go during the first 2 week rush. Now I was 1,000% ready the opening but waited for the mad hype to go and then expect the best service in the world to happen. Service was fast and friendly despite how busy it was. Fries were nice and done which is surprising since big boy fries have always tended towards soggy in my experience. The one thing that dropped this from 5 to 4 stars for me was a weird thing my server did. When he brought me the bill he asked me to fill it all out, signature and tip included, so he could do the card all at once. He said it in a way that seemed like I'm trying to save you some time and be helpful but it made me feel awkward. I always tip generously but it's a very different vibe when you're telling the server this is what I'm giving you while you still have interactions to come. It didn't look like any of the other servers were doing this so it came off a little like trying to cage higher tips through guilt. Dissapponting.

Got a to go order, before I could sat down to wait my order was ready. The manager and staff was super friendly. What a difference a day makes. The burger was over cooked, and the fries was really extinct on the order. And the staff this trip was really disappointing.
