Been in this line for 15 minutes now with 6 cats still in front of me and they are taking 5-7 mins to take down each person's order. It's a bit insane...If I didn't really want chicken would have been gone along time ago.... don't come here if you're in a rush ... definitely not fast food. Then I get to the speaker and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to answer the speaker And take my order.

I ordered 8 piece nuggets with an order of the new Mac N Cheese on my way home. Look at the photo and tell me does that blob look like Mac N Cheese? I've NEVER seen fast food Mac look like this order. I cannot believe the S. Main location even served this mess. Totally disappointed today. Just threw the whole order away. I'll stick with the Willowbend location. 😖☹

Popeyes chicken is always freshly served. The chicken is never older that two hours, but most of the time has been fried within the last 15 minutes. That is why the chicken always taste so good. They also change the oil in the frier more often that other restaurants, so there is no bitter taste in the food. Most of the side dishes are always fresh, and tasty. The sandwiches are too notch. The service is very friendly, and courteous.

Store NEVER has chicken ready. Always a minimum 30 minute wait for your food. Today I ordered ahead on mobile app and still waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food.
Seriously never go here. Their service is terrible and I just don't understand how a fried chicken place never had chicken available.

They brought me a single meal with a soda to the car after a 40 minutes wait and I didn't order a drink I was picking up a family meal. They took it back and brought me my family meal right away but after checking my statement, they charged me for both. The chicken is decent. Just check your bill and if they look to busy dont wait
The point of fast food is.....it's fast. I went to the location on little York and barker Cypress. The staff is nice.

Great customer service, clean store, managers are very professional. I get my food in a timely manner and it’s always fresh. Employees treat guests with a great deal of respect and make the environment feel friendly.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating (the cashier faces us three regular sized containers due to being out of large sizes so it gave us a bit more quantity 👍); and the food was very fresh, hot, and good (I'm sure the photos illustrate this 😉). First, it was a convenient location as it was close to doing business at the Cellular Phone Store but now, it is an added location!

The food was good but there is trash everywhere and tables that haven't been clean. The restrooms are terrible too, like the boys restroom, the door was broken and has a big Crack where the door handle is and you can't even close the door, you can obviously see though. Zero privacy. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews for this place so mind as shut it down or find a worker who cares.
