I love eating At this Taco Bell location. It’s always so nice and clean no matter what time of day or how busy. This location is also one of the few places that does not hurt my belly after eating. Employees are always so nice and helpful and very down to earth.

Not the first time an employee has been nasty to me. I've been coming here for years with the same order and multiple packs of hot sauce. The nasty drive through lady told me today that they only give one hot sauce pack per item. When I told her I've ordered the same thing for years she said "I've been working here for years as well". I left. That is the last time I will let an employee talk down to me at this location. I have way too many options within one block to be treated like that.

They gave me my drinks and asked me to come back through the drive thru line for my food in 3 or 4 minutes. When I said no, they tried to tell me I couldn't sit on their timer. I would think if anyone is sitting on the timer it's them, since it's supposed to be timing how fast they serve their customers.

I ordered a number 7 and I'm not sure what they gave me, but it was not right. I would have gone inside the restaurant itself, but both the inside and drove through were backed up and I didn't have the time to drive back down there to complain. The food was cold. The rice in the burrito was way under cooked. Most pieces were hard. Food was less than a 1 star rating. I wouldn't of gave that so called food I paid for that day to a stray dog. That it just how nasty it truly was.

Always a long wait usually I’m told to pull my car around and wait out front. A few different times when I have been there they weren’t serving anymore even though they aren’t supposed to close till 3am. Sometimes they do cash only sometimes credit card only. Sometimes they also only do DoorDash or online orders and stop taking orders.

Placed an online order, was given the right drinks, but the food was mostly wrong or missing, particularly what I had ordered for my 6 year old.
Didn’t find out til we got back home, had my partner swing by with a photo of the receipt to get the extra food (my kid had nothing to eat).
After a conversation with the staff, the manager came over and insisted he had packed the bag himself, and absolutely knew he didn’t mess it up. Ok dude.
Look, everyone messes up, and I honestly wasn’t upset about that. I just wanted the food I had ordered. But the manager getting indignant, is honestly just ridiculous.
My partner ended up paying for the missing food items. Y’all really need to do better. If you make a mistake (and you did) just own it, and move on. This did not need to be the big deal that it became.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a nacho box and there was a very long hair wrapped around the top couple chips I went back to get a new one and the two female workers at the window was extremely rude and refused to refund or remake my food, due to the fact that she said said no one there had that color hair. The hair was blonde and black and did not come from myself or my 6 yr old daughter. I asked for a refund and she said NO! I can not get in the drawer. Horrible experience!!!! I asked her to please throw away the box for me and she said no she can't touch it. Place could definitely use some customer service training classes asap
