Our company had panera cater for our meeting Friday. All the food orders were delivered, on time. All the orders were correct and the food was temperature appropriate.
The chicken avocado chipotle melt was delicious.

Waited forever for the buzzer to go off. 30min later they called the name on the order and the food is cold. Unbelievable. Buzzer never went off either. Won’t be coming back. Very unprofessional. The wait shouldn’t even be that long. When there are employees are just sitting doing nothing.

Food wasn’t terrible. But the service could’ve been better, Denise didn’t seem to remember our order when we told her because I had to go back up and order it again because the smoothie wasn’t on my receipt. She even read it back to me which I don’t understand.

We came to the Council Bluffs store and after waiting 15 minutes in drive thru was told upon calling that they were out of bread at 10 minutes to noon. A couple of weeks later went back and upon pulling up to the window had to wait 5 minutes to be waited on after a lengthy wait at the order speaker. Customer service is none existent here. You get two stars because the food is decent, probably because you're starving from waiting so long.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. Waited 10 mins in the drive thru for 2 drinks.. a diet pepsi with extra ice (ended up having barely any ice) and a frozen strawberry lemonade.. practically came in a kids cup. $7+ and 10 minutes waste of my gas,time,and money. Won’t be coming back to this location. Honestly needs to shut down or get new employees.

Made the mistake of trying this place again. Had two pick 2 sandwiches and soup. Cost $32.70. The food was terrible. Couldn't eat it. This place needs to go under.

Usually I would give it a 5 stars but the one that I went to was in Council Bluffs Iowa. The lobby was closed due to short staffing. Was over 10 cars in line at drive-thru. I would have to say that maybe 2 or 3 people working. Panara bread step up your game and higher some more workers and pay them more so they'll stick around. Thanks Dee
