Culver's

The double bacon was great. No complaints from the person eating butterfly shrimp. Another person with me had the chicken strips, they were large and tasty I hear. The cheese curds were really good. The various ice creams we had were good, mine had a ton of cherries and strawberries-i got a double. No complaints, fries were hot and delish. Go there, get you some!!!

The food is always good, but there was a lack of leadership and direction. It seemed the workers were all over the place and didn't really have an idea of what they should or could be doing to help with how busy it had become. Having said that, it was close to shift change and the younger workers were obviously getting ready to leave, so that changes things for everybody. Still, though, the food was good and the staff was friendly.

The service at the Council Bluffs location is always great as is the food. My only complaint is that customers don't always pull around the curve is the wait line so traffic sometimes backs up right to the pickup window unnecessarily. Without said. There are parking stalls available too so it's all good!

I want to start out by saying I go to this Culvers at least once a week during the day and they are great but instead took our kids there tonight for a treat and it was awful. They made wrong items and then when I told them that my order wasnt right they told me they would remake it and instead just dumped it in a different cup. Wouldnt be a big deal except it wasnt what I orderd! I ordered the same thing I order during the day each week and it doesnt have whip cream or a cherry bc its a concrete. They made a scoop cup, messed it up and just dumped it in a concrete cup. What a joke!!! So much for truthful customer service and the product I paid for but didnt receive.

I watched other 2 other customers taking it upon themselves to wipe down and attempt to clean the napkin/cup top/ condiments area, which was, admittedly, very nasty looking. The need to do this slowed down the progression of patrons through the order to table process... causing comments to be made by other Culver's patrons about the counter being "rediculous," "gross," and "disgusting"....these and similar comments stated by those waiting in line to grab their condements and napkins, those actually wiping up the area, and those at nearby tables who were watching this unfold...about said counter. I get that things get behind at times during lunch rushes, but this is not the time of day we chose to eat there. In fact, it appeared fairly slow. I am not a regular patron of Culver'sso I don't know if this is the norm or a fluke, but I dare say that this issue was causing enough disturbance and negative talk about it through the resteraunt while we were there that Culver's may want to pay more attention to this area and it's cleanliness in the future.
