Have not been for some time, and it's still wonderful. Risotto perfectly creamy. Wedding cake is rich enough for sharing. Prosciuto on veal saltimbucco a bit salty for me, but wife considered it a perfect complement with risotto. Staff were attentive and helpful for wine selection. Open area with tables spaced further apart than most restaurants.
Food was great and plentiful. This is one of the better Italian restaurants I have been to. Food is flavorful and well made.
Staff is super friendly and attentive.
Fine dining in your neighborhood. This is an absolutely lovely little Italian bistro with a good wine selection and tasty appetizers and entrées. Good place for a family dinner or low key date night. Don't let the modesty of the venue fool you. The staff and the food are A+!
This place was so cute. Off 6 points area. Food was excellent. Yummy desserts. And the waitress was wonderful
Other than a mishap with a single lamb chop being far too rare for my girlfriend, this dinner experience went very well. Appetizers of shrimp crostini and garlic bread were equally delicious. I had the pork tenderloin with mushroom risotto. I expected something savory, but on the contrary, the sweet sauce for the pork was a welcome accompaniment; reminiscent of a play on pork chop and applesauce pairing. I would really love to dive into their pasta selections upon next visit though.
Nice quaint decor that has a family owned restaurant vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. This place is described as an upscale dining experience. I will give them an A for effort, however the food was a bit of a letdown. While not bad in any way it didn't stand out great in any way either. The field green salad was really enjoyable as was the garlic bread. It is the entrees that did not impress. While not overly expensive it is not cheap either. The price does not match the quality of the food. All in all it was a neutral experience, will not recommend for or against it.
I like this place. Kind of a bare bones no fuss Italian place. Limited seating so get there early for lunch. Menu is simple but the food was hot and tasted great. Most dishes were under $20. Our server was prompt and took great care of us. Will definitely return.
Updated 11/2024: still great tasting Italian favorites! I tried the Chicken Fiorentino which is a breaded chicken breast served with Alfredo sauce, Parmesan, and mozerella cheese. Save this one for "cheat day" on your diet - you'll love it.
Original review: Some of the best food you'll ever taste is served at Lucciano's, which is why I avoid the chain restaurants in general where they have a thousand across the country. Deeply rooted in authentic Italian heritage, Lucciano's is where you can enjoy your traditional favorites in Chicken, Veal, or Seafood varieties. Of course there is a great Lasagne and Chicken Parmesan, but my favorite so far is the Chicken Saltimbocca - delicately breaded and covered with prosciutto and provolone, over a bed of risotto. The portions are large enough to save some for leftovers, but it's so good you may just eat it all over a leisurely dinner in this casually elegant space. Start with an appetizer of garlic bread with melted mozzarella, and polish the meal off with a sweet & creamy Casatta cake. Prices are very reasonable, and service is delightful.
We go to Luciano's about once a year and I always love it. Always great service and great food!
Our server, Sandi, was very attentive and helpful. Manager checked in on us. Food was delicious - flavorful, fresh, traditional. Pasta Angela was a surprising mix of flavors. Chicken Parmigiana was generous and moist with a nice red sauce. Overall, a terrific dining experience.
