Taco Bell

Came around midnight tonight and waited forever. Was then informed at the box that there were only two people working. What I will say is that those two deserve a raise. They had a line of cars and were working as hard as possible. The guy talking at the box was very friendly and personable, and my order was correct and tasty (as tasty as the bell can be). Thanks guys I really appreciate your hard work. My stomach thanks you.

Employees were so much fun to talk to! Customer service was great. Before we showed up, we were told there was going to be a wait because they were super short staffed so we were thankful they gave us a heads up. The employees did an amazing job helping us out :) 10/10 will come here again. Thank you!!

The night shift guys are awesome! I came by earlier in my big green truck, an the 2 guys that worked there were so genuine, honestly my food was hot and definitely better then I’ve had at any Taco Bell, I live in huntersville an it’s worth it to eat at Taco Bell in Cornelius for the night shift, there really getting it done, just 2 guys doing everything, that’s honestly amazing, there’s a ton to do inside of a fast food place an the average person doesn’t understand how hard it is especially when there’s only 2 people taking orders, cooking food, restocking, cleaning, taking apart the line of food, sweep an mop an disinfect, they deserve more credit. Hands down best Taco Bell night crew ever an I’ll be by every week!

Can’t run more than one car through their drive through per 15 minutes. They only take one order every 15 minutes they turn off the speaker for that long after every car many ppl leave thinking the place is closed cause often the line doesn’t even move for 20 minutes. Look at their average per car next time you suffer the 45 minute to an hour wait for the drive though and that’s if it’s 4 cars if its more surely it takes over an hour. It’s absolutely atrocious they refuse to open their dining room and orders that are delivery have to wait an hour too if your ordering food for delivery from this location don’t do it. This place should be shut down and it should be illegal to call it fast food when it takes longer than all of the sit down restaurants in the same complex take to cook a custom meal and bring it to your table. These people don’t care about paying their employees enough to care so you shouldn’t care either. It’s not workers fault that the company refuses to pay its employees a satisfactory wage and this store has been this atrocious for 6 months probably years though for others. This is what you get when you have one person doing 3 peoples jobs for a few pennies per hour. You respect your employees pay them more and hire more staff the extra pay will ensure they care to stay on for more than a week.
