Sonic Drive-in

They may be short staffed, but they got our order wrong 3 times. We were kind and allowed them to take about an hour of our time trying to get a simple order correct, and then they tried to tell us that we did not order what we were asking for...which we did. They are all high school kids it seems like so we did not fuss, but it was not an enjoyable experience to say the least.

For starters wanted 1/2 price drinks so you have to go to a stall but stalls are closed so went thru drive thru to get told to go to stall when we move to stall we try to get more napkins as they only gave us 2 and we also got corn dogs and ketchup . I needed the two to clean the mess from the spill of the drinks that she thrusted at my kid with 2/4 of the lids not on. I get it your understaffed but do better. If you send someone to a stall dont yell at them for being at a stall asking for napkins if you can't give out more especially if you deliver drinks with lids not fully on. Plus the breading on the corn dogs was mushy.

Ordered at drive- thru, requested combo meals get bagged separately and the person taking order agreed, but that did not happen. Also, asked for BBQ sauce for chicken tenders and none given. Their food was good, but sometimes the little things matter. Chicken tenders would have been better enjoyed with the requested sauce. Meals could have been verified and passed out quicker if separate bags for combos were given as instructed. This seems to be occurring more at various different fast food restaurants. Not sure if understaffed, or focusing on quantity over quality service. Would like to continue supporting these businesses on occasion but would also like my meals as I would have prepared them myself. Just saying…

I can say good is good and from time there are going to be glitch with orders due to staffing issues. I have to say seems to be it's very rare that I will get the drink I ordered. I order strawberry lemonade and almost every time I get limeade which I can't stand. So maybe it's time I find else where to get what I actually order.
