Jimmy John's

Generally we have a good experience at this Jimmy Johns which is why this review is not one star. Today was a disappointing experience. One in our party was trying to order the box lunch that is a meal deal with a sandwich, chips, cookie AND a pickle. It was not an option on the app, so I ordered our other two sandwiches and pickle in the app and went inside to order the box lunch. I tried to order the box inside but apparently failed because the box came out with only chips inside and they did not give us the ordered additional pickle. The sandwiches were great as usual but I hope they sort out issues around this box lunch thing because it does not seem to be going well.

Love the food, when I can get it. Ordered a party box (6 Sandwiches) placed the order, and card was charged, drove to the store, only to be told that those orders require 24 hours. SWEET. Doesn't say that on their website, anywhere. We tried again a few days later, but we didn't use catering (AKA "Party Box"), order placed, card was charged, we get a call saying they are out of bread. I wanna say they were an 1.5 to 2 hours from the time they close, really? You guys could only make less than 6 more sandwiches for the REST of the day? Before the store/JJs gives a boilerplate "We're sorry, please use this form to tell us about your experience". We already did it, for BOTH issues. Lame, all I want is freaking sammie.
