Ordered jalapeño cheese bread with NO BACON and they simply ignored the order instructions…. They delivered it WITH BACON …. Also they took over 2 hours to make and deliver it …… Total Disaster !!!!

So today I ordered a pizza and wings through the dominoes app where it states that if I do curbside pickup and they have not delivered my food to the car in 2 minutes or less that I would receive a free pizza for my next order. I arrived at the Conshohocken ridge pike dominoes at 7:20 pm and alerted the app that I was there the timer on the app began to countdown and at 7:21 the dominoes crew had stopped my timer with 1:22 minute left. I did not receive my pizza until 7:26 pm so it was to my surprise when “Manager” Hope told me that I could not receive a free pizza because it was not there policy at dominoes that it was “only a dominoes app thing” is what she said and that there is nothing she can do about it. The app was not able to give me a free pizza because she stopped the timer from counting down to my free pizza. I am very bother and disappointed with how everything was handled and will definitely think twice before I order from this dominoes again. Thank you Manager Hope for all the help you did not give me.

Terrible communication, but good pizza.They have one delivery driver. I ordered a pizza online and 3 hours later, no call or email. I called the store and no one picked up after being forced to listen to stupid hold music and an advertisement for brownies for over 30 mins. Next day, I find out from the Dominos app that my order was canceled. I never would have been told this unless I checked. Don't order from here. There's like 2 people who work there.

I had a terrible experience here with Noel manager and her son. I went in and stood in line behind another woman and her child. After a long time (5 -10mins) or neither of us being. Greeted by any staff and the manager yelling at all the staff (uncomfortable!), the woman in front of me left angry. After she left, the manager asked her son who was on the phone the whole time at the register (so he was right there but didn’t greet us), she made fun of the woman for leaving in a really snotty, condescending tone and her son said “yeah because she had to wait 5 seconds”. I understand sometimes customers have to wait, but I was pretty angry at their open hostility towards a client who became so frustrated that she left. I politely let them know that she had been waiting quite a while and it wasn’t “5 seconds”. The manager then proceeded to be angry and aggressive with me even though I remained calm. I just said “it’s rude to talk that way about customers” or something similar to that. She walked away and said “I HATE CUSTOMERS”. When they brought my pizza over, I thought I’d paid for it online and she was very rude about this. I said, okay I have to go out and get my wallet and will be right back. I honestly wanted to just leave but my son really wanted dominos for his birthday party. That is the only reason I came back and bought the pizza. As I was walking out, the managers son said “should I put it under the warmer?” To which Noel the manager said as I walked out the door, “no, leave it there and let it go cold.” This all Made such an impression on me that I still remember every word and her name. Dominos, it’s very easy to lose customers, but this goes beyond bad customer service.

Wish i would have read reviews. 2hrs & 15mns for a delivery that said "19-29" mins. No call for an option to cancel 😡 They forgot the cheese...who does that??? It was cold & not baked correctly. I need a full refund. They watch their caller ID, thats why they don't answer. Im fuming right now!!!

I've been waiting for my order for over two and half hours at this point. The order tracker says that it came out of the oven close to an hour ago and no one at the store is picking up so I can't cancel the order. There is also no way to cancel through the website. I regret everything about this process. They will never get my business again.

My kids and their friends wanted dominos on a Friday night, so we order at 6:30…expected it to be busy. An hour later it still said being prepped. Tried calling to see if the order was received and hung up after 10 mins of no answer. Tried calling back at 1.5 hrs, same deal, no answer after 10 mins. Gave up because we thought maybe they closed early and was going to call in the morning to get a refund. 9:30 comes around, just got the kids in bed and the doorbell rings and it was the dominos delivery…really? Three hours later you thought I’d want the pizza? Was totally caught off guard and didn’t want to give the delivery guy a hard time, so I accepted the food and it went uneaten. Tried calling for a refund the next day and they refused because we accepted delivery. I’m sure staffing shortages are causing issues, but after 3 hours you’d think you’d get a call asking if you still wanted the pizza, considering there is no online option to cancel. Lesson learned, no more dominos

Don't know why I tried again. Thought it would be easy I guess. But unless you're ok with waiting over 3 hours for conveyer belt pizza and mushy mini wings, order somewhere else. No doubt this is a management issue more than volume of orders. Had to revise this after being on hold twice for over 20 minutes each time.
