Absolute garbage. I don’t know how you’re still in business because the food is just terrible. It’s quite possibly the worst Chinese take out I’ve ever had. I just don’t understand how you could possibly be this bad considering that you’re located in a nice neighborhood and not some trashy desolated ghetto. It just doesn’t make any sense. Please give me my money back.

Ordered at 4:30pm, delivered at 6:25pm. Everything was too salty…I have to add water into the wonton soup and shrimp w/ lobster sauce(which eventually became a soup too) so I can eat them. The pork fried rice was overly salty as well and doesn’t taste like fried rice. The only good one was seaweed salad and that’s why I gave it two stars.

grew up in conshy, haven't lived there for 7 years, and i still dream of the caterpillar roll.. haven't been able to find it anywhere else. love this place! i come back any time i'm in town

Food is good have no issues with how the food is cooked, it’s actually one of the better Chinese restaurants around… But the customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth, this is not the first time I’ve encountered disrespectful staff at this location either. The server on the phone was very unprofessional i opted to order Grubhub instead of working with someone who would disrespect their customers.

We ordered Win Wah for the first time tonight. The food was excellent! Sadly, we had a two hour wait for delivery. We called to check on the order and they apologized. They were busy with orders. With everything going on during the pandemic, we understand longer wait times. We definitely will be ordering from Win Wah again!
Update: We have ordered Win Wah twice more since writing the review and again have had over 1 hour delivery times. So, if you order delivery expect to wait 1-2 hours! Downgraded to 3 stars. The wait is ridiculously long.
