Selling items more than 2 weeks past the sell-by date! Cole slaw purchased on 9/3 had a sell by date of 8/18 (packed on 8/10). Very skimpy "cheese deluxe" hoagie. There was about as much cheese as you would put for garnish on another hoagie. For $11, a "cheese hoagie" should have more than 4 thin slices of cheese on it. I won't purchase from this location ever again. Skimpy, spoiled food that is way overpriced.

I love me a Primo. This location never seems to be consistent with the amount that goes into a sandwich, but is still always tasty. If you get the pepper shooters that aren't cheap, the weight of the container will mostly be oil.
Customer service does respond quickly, which is always nice.

We’ve had Primo Hoagies at other locations multiple times and the sandwiches are good but the service at this Conshohocken location is awful. Slow and inefficient. If you can go to another location-do it!

Brought the largest hoagie, NO onions, NO tomatoes and surely did request these two ingredients.
Less talking with each other and paying more attention to what you are making. Always liked these hoagies until. I really got disappointed when I unwrapped it.

$13.25 for a primo Turkey hoagie. They forgot to add oil salt pepper oregano. Lettuce and tomato basically non existent. What a disappointment. Especially for the price.

This location has messed up my order every time, missing the dressing, missing lettuce/tomato/onion, missing entire ingredients of the hoagie like mozzarella on the Suprimo

I've been in here and there throughout the years, but went in more recently to pick up an order for a sandwich I placed on the phone. Transaction went pretty well, and it was good to see that the person making the sandwiches was masked, but no one else was. The sandwich tasted good, though, and I love their rewards program! I thought it was cool that they have little olive oil packets for to-go orders.
