Poke Salad

A clean cafe-like eatery. Staff are friendly, and price is okay. I got the "Create Your Own" poke bowl. I like how the food is all neatly laid out and customers can select what they want. Food items look fresh too. Toppings are generous. Everything tasted good. A small bowl was just the perfect serving for my lunch. The only imperfection was probably the wakame (seaweed), it was a bit chewy. It would be nice to have a different kind of seaweed available. Look forward to visiting again!

I heard good things about this place and had to try it for myself. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering questions for a newcomer like me. Good price for a "small" bowl, which to me was pretty big. You can choose your base of either rice or salad mix, then your protein..I chose Sake(salmon). Then your toppings and sauces come next and theres so many to chose from. I picked Kim Kimchi sauce with ponzu, with tins of toppings, at no extra cost! The food was delicious and fish was fresh!

My first Poke experience and I was thoroughly impressed with how fresh the ingredients. The tuna, salmon and shrimp are all bite sized and taste like high quality sashimi. I want to give 5 stars for fresh seafood in a chipotle/subway format where you pick what you want and then move along to the register, but the location is down town Concord. At least 4 homeless people were camping around the storefront. Don't let that distract you from the fresh food, and great price of 13.50 for a heaping bowl of fresh seafood
