Mcdonald's

12:19am I traveled here from pleasant hill because their location closes earlier. This location has a manager that doesn't like debit cards after midnight. It's the 3rd time the cashier welcomes the customer by asking "we are only taking cash at this time, is that ok?" It is NOT OK. I wanted an explanation from the manager but she ignored me in the back pretending to be working while NO ONE ELSE was on front of me at the drive thru 😂. As if I was stupid. I stood there for 3minutes then decided not worth my precious life time. And they've lost my business for at least a month. they as in the company in general. I protest by taking my money elsewhere. It's ok if corporate doesn't care 😘 it's inconvenient as unprofessional coming from a billion dollar company with historically good reputation. In case McDonald's hasn't noticed, fuel prices are out of control and people like myself consider time and travel expenses. It's this attitude of indifference that will gladly take the money and spend it at JACK N THE BOX next door.

I placed an order at drive through, first order kid meal and like to order more, but the employee who placed my order doesn’t willing to take my next order and keep silence. so I can only place my remaining order at the window. ans the order I received for chicken sandwish which only have chicken and two piece of cucumbers, doesnt including vegitable nd tomato. the experience of this service is really bad at Concord Clayton store thIs time.

I'm not sure what's going on with this McDonald's but we really liked it until the other day I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese actually I ordered two of them they asked me to go out front and wait they were still making them so I parked in parking spot one they brought out my Quarter Pounders with cheese and they were flat they were burnt and they did not taste good at all so if you guys could maybe help me out and don't buy Quarter Pounders with cheese from this place

It's Mc Donald's so u know what to expect. They finally opened up the upper level of the kids play area, you know because science. Science has shown that covid likes to hang out in the upper level of the kids play area but not the lower. Thanks for caring about the kids health while selling them food that doesn't decompose after years of sitting out. Try it for yourselves everyone.
