Yum. Cook out has the best milk shakes. My favorite is banana, but they have many to choose from on their menu. The drive thru is often crowded, but it usually moves quickly.

The quesadilla and cheese bites here are beyond AMAZING! We placed our order and food was out in less than 10 minutes. I appreciate the kindness of the cashier as well, he was super polite and very attentive to our order making sure the details were just right. I will be coming here again. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes and just drove off. The other line was moving super smoothly but I was just waiting for someone to take my order. This is the worst costumer service I have ever had. I would recommend going to other cookouts. Absolutely awful workers.

Having to add pickles to the sandwich I ordered with pickles, AGAIN! Why is my order always wrong at fast food joints. Explain to me why do they think their work is worth $15?

The person taking the order was extremely rude, pulled up to the window and got hold on. Once I ordered and got to the window never said a word to me, put their hand out for my money, shoved the card and receipt back to me. Shoved my drinks and food at me and never said anything. And they were yelling about the person not ordering fast enough. I said thank you very sarcastically and they went yeah whatever. I have never gotten such horrible service before. It was bad. Even my daughter said that shes never had anyone treat us like that.

Asked for ranch wrap and she said she forgot and when she gave it to us, no ranch was on it. Asked for receipt and she said no. Mic too loud and hard to hear. Asked for vanilla milkshake and got something sweet
