This is one of my favorite places to eat and has been since we discovered it in the 70’s. The best tacos, enchiladas and tamales anywhere. And the red sauce is a whole wonder of fabulous flavor all on its own! We have never ever had poor service, the wait staff and management have always been extremely nice and helpful.

I love Mexican Kitchen. I only have one complaint and that is they don't serve guacamole salad any longer. It was the best around and I always order it. I was told by the waitress that avocados are too expensive. Well all other Mexican restaurants serve guacamole and most of their prices aren't as high as Mexican Kitchen. The prices have really gone up through the years.

Food was good and the server was attentive. Final check is still a bit on the high side but not ridiculous. Bottom line, no other restaurant in town tastes like the Mexican Kitchen or has the "atmosphere" it has. Its worth a try!

BEST mexican food I've ever had in MS. The prices are great and they do a few dishes extremely well. They put the rest of Starkville/Columbus mexican restaurants to shame. There is a reason this place has stood the test of time for decades.

The red sauce is to die for. I moved away and I can't quit thinking about it. There is a full menu but in my opinion there is only 3 plates small, medium, and large plate. You can't go wrong here, it's my favorite mexican restaurant.
