Waffle House

I gave 1 star and not even worth that. We stopped to have something to eat, was told it was fine for us to sit if we didn't mind the wait. Completely understood, no problem, so we waited. Lady came and took my order. Ok so far so good. Lady came back and asked if I wouldn't mind if it was put in to go plates, sure no problem. I just figured they are shorthanded less dishes to wash. No she then proceeded to fix my order and put in a bag for us to leave. Will never go back here again. The absolute worst service. And no my group was not loud or rude to them. I know places are strapped for good help but this was awful.

I went in at dinner time and ordered the all star meal. It was busy and packed but my server Kenzi made sure that everyone had everything that we all needed at our table she was fast with getting her customers taken care of and getting orders done correctly as the cook Thomas is a great cook. I also have to say for a Saturday night late night dinner I left a satisfied customer and it was money well spent.

I Love Waffle House. The last two I been to are the worst ever. I thought I try again and this was a waste of money and time. The person serving us wasn't pleasant,act like she didn't want to answer questions. Food was slow to get. I got the bacon & Hashbrown and was waiting for my waffles which came 15-20 minutes afterwards. Meaning food was cold. I still left tip because that's me. I never go to Waffle Houses again. These two just made me lose all respect for Waffle House.

This location at Bradley Park is very clean and they try their very best to get your food out to to you in a punctual manner! The food is very good, but I gave it four stars because I have had better tasting food at a different Waffle House. This Waffle House is still an excellent choice to dine at.

We were well taken care of by Peggy. She was extremely busy but still had the right attitude on providing excellent customer service. She didn't let being busy with multiple tables slow her down. Her main focus was making sure each table was satisfied and we were. Great job Peggy and Waffle House thanks for the good food.
