My boyfriend and I went to this location and the cashier Zachary was THE best! He offered us world class service, super friendly, wonderful attitude and he served us like we were his first customers of the day even though they were closing in 30 minutes. He deserves a raise!!!

The staff had run out of a product I ordered online but went above and beyond to not only fix a computer error but to make sure my family and I left not only satisfied but happy as well! Ty so much for amazing customer service! Will Def be ordering from here again!!

I was in this location a few months back and felt the pain of staff trying to serve customers without enough workers. I came back recently, and they turned the place around. Management has done an awesome job at turning things around in these difficult pandemic times. It simply felt like employees were happier and things were running smoothly. Awesome job Panera! Thank you for serving my food and I have a lot of respect for all that actually shows up for work and continue to smile despite many challenges all around us.

The Panera employees were understaffed today, they had a sign posted on their door explaining so. It did take an extraordinary amount of time to get my order to go. But I am extremely satisfied with the staffs attitude today! They were all smiling and very pleasant to ALL customers. They worked efficiently together to complete the order and provide the best experience they could for each customer. Thank you!

I order daily from this location and I am very pleased with their service, specially with the manager TJ, he has excellent customer service and always make sure orders are properly prepared for delivery. TJ should be promoted and congratulate for his excellent work performance at Panera Bread.
