Taco Bell

This Taco Bell gets it right. Anytime I go out to this Taco Bell in the evening time...my order is correct and the wait is not long. The employees are always kind and they do a great job with the presentation, portions and accuracy of the meal. If you're craving Taco Bell around dinner time and even breakfast...the crew generally does an amazing job.

Stop for gas next door and the gas station restrooms were out of order. 10:05 a.m. Taco Bell was open but the lobby was locked and the gentleman would not let me in to use the restroom. Columbus Indiana is apparently not a great place to stop along your route if you have to go to the restroom, as Freddy's Steakburgers on the other side of the gas station would also not allow me to use their restroom even though their Lobby was open.

Usually I like this Taco Bell better than the one on 25th street. We waited for a while in the drive-thru line (which was fine. We didn't mind the wait time.) However, I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes and it was very obvious when I opened my order that they OPENED a crunch wrap, removed the tomatoes, and tried to put it back together instead of making a new one sans tomatoes. To wait for a long time and get a hastily put back together pre-prepped crunch wrap was a total let down. Probably will sit in the drive thru and appraise my food before I leave from now on and be "that person" who makes sure it's right.

What can I say? Well it depends on the time of the day that you go and sometimes service can be a hit or miss, especially when they're busy. So you can't expect every order to be prefect, especially at night. Otherwise the staff are doing a good job and the service is satisfactory. Go grab yourself a taco or 12. 🤣😂
