Rally's Hamburgers

I always give benefit of the doubt. Honestly depends on who is managing at the time of the visit and what staff member is taking orders. Most of the time a person will wait 15 mins minimum. I’ve waited 47 mins one time. It was ridiculous. Sometimes they even tell people they are out of a certain product, so they don’t have to go an open a new box up. The stores overall cleanliness is sitting at a 2 out of 5. They can’t multitask here at all overall. Update: I went in for a quick sandwich and there was someone there already waiting on the workers to take his order. His name was mr cockroache.

Food was not right for a Roadhouse burger!!! Where is the other Pattie at and no sauce and it was cold! Slow on service times. Very upset when you spend 20 minutes in line and your order is wrong!!!! Called manger Josh Harris and I ask him how many patties on the Roadhouse burger and he told me one! Again, I asked him if he is sure he said hang on a minute. I heard him ask the crew and they told him 2 patties and he came back and said mamam it is 2 patties. I ask him if I was for sure talking to the manger and he said yes I asked him shouldn't a manager know how many patties are on their burgers? Of course he said nothing. I asked his name and he told me Josh Harris. Totally unacceptable service!!!!!
