We had the joy of capturing a wedding day here in 2021 and were very happy with the venue! The couple got married at a nearby church and had the reception at Factory 12. In between the ceremony and reception and during sunset pictures, we popped around town in Columbus and found so really fun spots. The Cummins corporate office is close and have beautiful tall pillars covered in green ivy.
The venue itself is classy and rustic with exposed brick and black accents throughout. Tall ceilings and large windows allow the photos inside the space have depth. We love the lights that were strung. The couple was very pleased with their day!

Finally had our wedding after several postponements and it was 100% amazing, loved working with the staff, Hillary, and the building itself was perfect and gorgeous!

Creaky floor that was filthy. Poles get in the way of pictures or even getting to witness the bride and grooms vows dependent on where you are sitting. Unique place, but not set up well for weddings. Tables were old as well.

Nice old time atmosphere. One of only three or four large meeting spaces in Columbus. Good Windows and an elevator for upper level location. Bathrooms are shared with other businesses, and a workout facility is there which could be an issue with some events.

Went to a wedding reception here, and I would absolutely host an event here in the future. This place is clean, and the brick combined with the excellent view makes this a great location

The acoustics are not great though.
I think the air handler is noisy, making it difficult to hear well.
